Our customised mouthguards will help protect your teeth from damage during sporting events. The op@l mouthguard is a specially made, rubber-like cover which fits exactly over your teeth and gums thereby cushioning them and protecting them from damage.

It is important to wear a professionally made cutomised mouthguard whenever you play contact sports, or sports involving moving objects i.e. balls.

Unlike cheap off the shelf mouthguards our customised mouthguards will not irritate your gums and teeth.

How do we customise your mouthguards ?

1. Use the tray of impression material to take an impression of your teeth
2. Find a clean bowl for holding the hot water
3. Fill the bowl with hot water NOT BOILING
4. Holding the handle, place the mouthguard into the bowl with warm water for 2-3 minutes
5. Remove from water and press mouthguard over the top row of teeth and leave for 30 seconds
6. Remove mouthguard from your mouth
7. Leave mouthguard to dry
8. Look at the impression of your teeth and make sure you have full coverage of every tooth, if not start from No.3 again. This material can be used over and over again
8. Place the imoression back into the envelope provided, post back to us then wait 7 days for your customised mouthguard

Using this process allows us to mould the cutomised mouthguard that will protect your teeth from damage.
